2. Account Registration

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
3. Rentals and Purchases
- All products are subject to availability.
- Rental periods begin on the date of delivery and end on the return date specified in your agreement.
- You are responsible for the product during the rental period and must return it in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.
- Late returns may be subject to additional charges.
4. Payments and Fees
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- Payment is required at the time of order placement.
- Additional charges may apply for extended rental periods, damages, or late returns.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order before it is shipped without any cancellation fee.
- For rentals, cancellation after shipping but before delivery will incur shipping charges.
- Once delivered, rentals cannot be cancelled but may be returned early without refund for unused days.
6. Limitation of Liability
RentBuy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
